Andrew Newall is Corporate HR Director for Allied Domecq plc, the second largest Spirits and Wine Company in the world. He has also held senior HR posts with Allied Distillers Limited, Laura Ashley Ltd, and British Steel. Andrew has 17 years’ experience in the UK and over the last two has observed and participated in HR across the globe. Jon Sparkes is HR Director for the Generics Group, a Cambridge-based business supplying integrated technology consulting, development and investment. He manages the ongoing development of HR strategy and culture and is responsible for the recruitment, retention and motivation of the best people from a wide range of disciplines and countries, in a very high-skill industry.
